Inclusive Learning

For over two decades, I have led instructional design teams, as well as taught online. During this time, I have witnessed online learning grow from a niche concept into one that has disrupted traditional systems and now is a necessity. Yet, many learners are still left behind. In response to this disparity, I developed a methodology called Inclusive Learning Design. As I share this work, I see the impact inclusive learning has had on individuals and organizations and the greater transformation to come. I hope to share this work with you!

Design

Through learning design methodologies and frameworks, experiences are developed by co-creating with learners. Learners’ perspectives and voices are integrated into the learning experience from the beginning of and throughout the design process, resulting in better representation and empowerment

Advisory

Through advisory roles, I help organizations conduct audits of their content as well as review and direct learning strategies and visions. As a result, teams embrace more integrated and learner-centric experiences for their learning communities as well as become well-versed in design thinking and inclusive learning practices.

Facilitation

As a professional development trainer and facilitator, I lead teams in design sprints, visioning seasons, and training builds to articulate and imagine their goals and pathways to learning programs and offerings. I am certified by the LUMA Institute and Microsoft as Human Centered Facilitator.
