Innovation Planning

Innovation planning aims to give administrators and educators an opportunity to think "big picture" with technology integration. What is the long-term vision for the school? How can technology not only support but enhance that vision? What are the overall goals for the school's future?

Once these areas are explored, action plans are laid out for a 3-5 year plan of implementation and infusion.

Curriculum Design

Built from the Innovation Plan, existing curricula are redesigned to align with, not only the designated standards, but also customized standards, created by the administration and educators.

Through curriculum maps, rubrics and pacing guides, a comprehensive package is created for the school and guides technology implementation for years to come.

Professional Development Training and Coaching

Support for educators' professional growth can be aligned with the goals and the curriculum redesign efforts. Trainings ranging from how-tos on technical equipment such as Smartboards and iPads to Educational Technology pedagogy can be incorporated into a learning experience for teachers of all grade levels.

Coaching and co-teaching can further enchance only not the confidence of a teacher but inspire the use of technology in ways they have not before explored.

Flipped/Blended Learning

As classrooms transform into 21st Century learning environments, flexibility and creativity in how content is delivered, even for the youngest age, needs to adapt to the new learning styles and scenarios of our students.

By exploring Flipped and Blended Learning approaches, schools and educators can offer new and innovative ways for students to access information and learn while optimizing class and individual teacher time.
